I find this post disappointing, when I've taken time to explain the situation.

With your ludicrous statement that Arsenal will win 7-1 enough times to overhaul us...

Anyway, as for today's fixture, Chelsea losing Pros & Cons...

Pros
They won't gain any points on us
Their fans won't be on our board afterwards
It gives hope to the thought they'll fail to achieve Champion's league football next season and implode in a ball of debt

Cons
Team Terry will say they would've won if he wasn't "injured"
Villas-Boas might be replaced with a competent manager
Villas-Boas might be replaced with Portugal's least-favorite export
We lose ground on Man Utd

Ba slots one home!

I've backed Newcastle and Man U for wins today. A draw is no good to Man U or Chelsea and I fancy Man U to get a goal or two.

There used to be an option in vBulletin to split threads when they were hijacked.

Just saying.

Wilderness? He'll be back in LA getting a tan whilst being fanned by supermodels and he'll never have to play in snow again.

So Newcastle continue their good form and bounce back into 5th, level on points with Chelsea on 42.

I'm pleased they won - it keeps the pressure on Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool.

I'm not glad they won, it puts the pressure on us, as they will be confident going into their next game ..... against us.

I think if Taylor is out and Obertan and Perch play for them, we have a great chance of running them ragged in midfield, assuming they stick with two strikers.

But of course in those 2 strikers and Krul, they have players who can trouble us massively.

I hope Kaboul and King are fit and available for the Toon game.
