Get in

Lets see how much we want this tomorrow

This is the big test that we've rarely passed.

Can these muppets turn it on when the pressure is up?

A draw tomorrow is respectable.

A win tomorrow is season defining.

Do they have the minerals for the latter?

In the past, the answer has been 'no'.

De Zerbi is right. This stage of the season isn't about quality, it's about mentality.

Win the game and Spurs exit the bottom three with three games to go. Huge at this stage of the season.

Draw will let West Ham off the hook. Defeat will be another nail in the coffin.

Absolutely. And no mistakes. And taking the few chances we get.

Having watched MOTD last night, West Ham’s 3-0 defeat was flattering for Brentford. Silly defensive errors on West Ham’s part, but they had a goal disallowed (a very very good header), and they hit the woodwork about 3 times. We need to hope their defensive woes continue, whilst we try to shut up shop. Because offensively, they are miles better than us.

The manner of the performances in the remaining
games matters not. Only that the desired outcome
is achieved come season end.

One issue we've had for a while is we seem to have lost the ability to ****ehouse a 1-0 win

Bilbao aside, obviously

City could have played first this weekend surely?

To have played 2 games more seems excessive.
I'm not sure when the scheduling for these fixtures had been done, but I'm pretty sure it had roughly been laid out that way well beforehand. And let's be honest, if we'd had a larger existing points gap on City, you wouldn't have complained about this. You're talking like it'd been designed this way after we'd lost to City, when that clearly isn't the case. It also depends on which way you want to look at it. City on Monday will have had nearly 9 days rest since their last match. Arsenal on Tuesday will play their 4th game in 10/11 days.

Officials are crap. Every team feels aggrieved with them at some point.
Yes but if they make a decision every game that costs a point on average which seems quite likely based on my viewing experience then one team in the league will likely end up with 10 more points than they deserve and another with 10 fewer.
That difference is quite enough to get one team into the CL from mid-table while relegating another. That's without any bias so it's reasonable for a few clubs to feel aggrieved though it's hard to tell which ones.
