It was a really bad one, I can’t believe it wasn’t a red. It was proper studs up unlike Romero’s was. Wouldn’t be surprised if tomorrow night Romero gets a red for something a lot less!

I didn't watch it but I've seen the Tarkowski foul and Jota offside decision.
What should he have been sent off for, though? Not seen it mentioned anywhere.
 
Liverpools goal should be disallowed for offside but based on the current offside laws, correct decision Id say.

Definitely a red to tarkowski though. To be fair to the ref, he did get the ball first so may not have looked as bad as it was live. Shocker from VAR to not send him to the monitor though.

VVD gets away with murder on the pitch, he is almost immune from red cards, gets away with deliberate elbows, raking studs down calves, cynically stopping counter attacks etc etc. It`s purely down to benefit of doubt and weak as slash referees, who are afraid of the inevitable month long shiete storm that will follow should they give game changing decisions against Varpool.

Such a boring argument

Liverpool had two massive decisions go against them against Everton. They were rightly debated afterwards
