I know their 3rd goal's been ruled out and they've missed a couple of other chances to extend their lead, but what a performance this has been by Bournemouth against the form team in the league at one of the most difficult away grounds in Europe. They've also got loads of injuries.
Iraola has done a phenomenal job at building this Bournemouth side. Excellent chance of qualifying for Europe. They employ an aggressive, high-pressing style that focuses on quick, direct play and fast transitions. They mark man-to-man and can defend robustly in a mid block out of possession. Really enjoyable and well-balanced system that's bearing fruit this season.
If you lot do decide to get rid of Ange, I think he'd be a superb replacement. His body of work at Rayo Vallecano was impressive too.
Welfare check for Roy
Iraola may well just be flavour of the month and not the right guy for Spurs but even if he’s just that, he’s done some job at Bournemouth and levels above Ange. Who knew you could have organisation and play good football at the same time?
Hammers now down to 10! Potter looking for his lawyers number to start checking the Contract for get-out clauses!Palace totally dominant over the Spammers. Only 1-0, but it's all one way traffic...
