What they 'want' is full.of contradictions. They seem determined to employ a progressive manager who will oversee a project, but at the same time they seem determined to maintain full control over recruitment. So whose project is it?
Bayern with Kane and Dier. Seems obvious now you’ve said it. Poch isn’t a winner though. I think that will put big clubs off.
I agree, that’s why I wouldn’t be surprised to see them employ Tuchel again
He fell out with the owners precisely because they ignored all of his recommendations in the market.

Would be an interesting job for him to consider right now. He’s not an old man and I think he comes out of his time at Chelsea with some credit after meeting par at PSG. United under the new ownership have an operation headed by people with no track record of success in football and it’s already a bit of a dumpster fire. Bayern is a job that comes with a lot of pressure (they don’t call it FC Hollywood for nothing) but he’s used to big personalities at this point and it feels like more of a springboard for him than United would be. Perhaps less of a risk.
Bayern could be a serious option for him in my opinion.
Kane being there will no doubt have an influence and seeing as they’ve been rejected by about 6 managers already, Poch now being on the market probably makes for a very interesting option. He’d be going in at a time where Bayern need improving too after finishing third and there aren’t many better around at improving a side than him, though obviously improving Bayern means reclaiming the title, which is no easy task after the way Leverkusen have played this season but it’s something I reckon Poch would fancy if he were approached.

Bayern's squad doesn't need that much work, either.
A couple of signings and getting Kane more involved in an attacking system and they could be back.
They don't have to beat Leverkusen, they just have to steamroll everyone else.
I know it's unlikely anyway, but Poch to Munich would kill any hopes of Harry returning to Spurs next season.

No idea why he joined them. They had nothing resembling a squad, they were simply a collection of highly priced players.
It took him 5 months to get his style of play embedded and once he did that they ended the season with only 1 defeat in 15 games.
Now they'll get another manager who will have to impose his play on the team ... players will be ditch and New ones brought in.
Bizarrely, they are supposed to need to to sell home grown players to make the books balance yet are now forking out the final year of pochettino's and his coaching staff's contracts on top of getting a new manager...insane way to run a club.

From the reports I’ve been reading, Pochettino wanted a contract on different terms that reflected the club’s faith in him as the leader of their “long term project” and he wanted a larger say in transfer decisions. Boehly, Eghbali and Winstanley weren’t willing to do this.
How is Kompany being linked to all these big jobs? I get he has potential as a coach and wants to play a good brand of football, but he’s shown nothing to suggest he should be in contention for these roles. He’s still got a lot to learn.
What is the owner vision for the club ??
Become a "business of own account" (academy talent becoming

They probably took one look at the summer we spent £130m on Sessegnon, Ndombele and Lo Celso and (understandably) ran a mile.
