Should've tested him for a brain. Guaranteed negative.

Not sure why Hojbjerg's being linked as a replacement, to be honest.
They're very different players. Bring completely different things to the table.

I think it’s just a case of Hojbjerg still being a good player. I don’t think he suits Ange-ball but I still maintain he’s a very good midfielder in general and also someone likely great to have around the place. Despite his drop in the pecking order, he’s come on in every game and given 100%, quite a few players both Spurs and non-Spurs could learn a thing or two from him. If Ndombele had his attitude we’d have probably sold him for £100m to Madrid by now.

Utd tried to sign him before the window closed; would have preferred him to Mount

Bruno Fernandes has played more minutes than any other player in the top leagues recently.

He's rather Satanically played 6,666 minutes between 15 September 2022 and 15 September 2023.
It's a shame that Man Utd don't have any other attacking midfielders, so that he can be rested.
Mount, Eriksen, McTominay and Mejbri all play for other clubs, of course....

The other early kick-off showed the flip side of what could've happened today.
Sunderland are in 4th and faced sort-of local rivals Boro, who started in 18th.
One of their midfielders got sent off in first-half injury time with the score at 0-0.
Sound familiar? They went on to lose 4-0.

No ****ing clue what he's done to get a 2nd yellow, though:

Sunderland seem to get a lot of reds in the Championship for no apparent reason. Odd.

Do not watch the footage of Basham's injury against Fulham.
You'll have to go looking for it unless you're unlucky. It's not pretty. :emoticon-0119-puke:

Tribute to Fergie's wife. Scored in the 8th minute of 6 minutes of injury time. <laugh>
He scored on 96 mins, 11 seconds when 6 minutes had been added on, but there had been a goal already in added time, for which additional time would also have been added.
It seems the Brentford players may have thought it was over though from their lack of movement.

Yeah, I was going off the BBC live thingy. They've even ****ed that up now, apparently!
I'll check the dodgy offside later. <whistle>
