It's unsporting behaviour, which used to be called unsportsmanlike conduct.
It's a yellow. No VAR intervention allowed.

Coincidentally, Mike "****" Dean was on VAR duty for this one too...

Think she's right about her kit tbh.
She has every right to "whinge" as it was an outrageous decision by Nike.
