I don't think it affects it. The top 4 get CL, next two and Wet Spam get EL, 7th gets ECL.
Yes, marriages between families with names that they don't want to die out (what you might think of as "important" names whereby if a family only has a daughter and she marries within her class it is expected that the two names will be adopted to keep one name alive/relevant.

I never said I found anyone particular poster posts tiresome. I said I find the whole refs favour certain teams argument as tiresome

It's a shocker bigsmithy, it happens in the UK too, I got a bill for £22,000 a year after I had retired and thought I was clear. It's a good job we are not allowed to walk about armed with guns.
