There was one incident where he arguably did this and @Diego has been going on about it ever since. Jumping into an opponent is an offence according to the current laws so making a back would require extraordinary timing and is not covered by any of the current Laws as far as I can see.

If you do an overhead kick and the opponent ends up in hospital it seems pretty clear it wasn't done safely, even without the benefit of a replay.

It was mentioned extensively back when he was doing it regularly. It seems the media coverage at the time came to his attention as I personally can't recall him doing it at all in the past 2 years.

The fact you're under the impression none of us mention or discuss is simply due to that fact: he hasn't done it in ages.

Also, despite the narrative that some rival fans like to try and create, Kane does not even really do this, he may have done it once or twice, but no more than any other CF does it. If we had to analyse all the United (and Pool) players (McTominay, Fabinho are 2 regular offenders) that should have been sent off but were let off with it, we would be here all week.
