Garnacho gets goal side of Godfrey, who tries twice to pull him back, then kicks his ankle. Is that allowed?
EDIT: The crucial point is Garnacho has run beyond Godfrey. This is not two players running side by side where it can argued that the defender doesn’t have to yield and can legitimately hold off the attacker. How was Godfrey in a position to make any legal tackle when he was behind Garnacho? He could only foul him, which he clearly did.

That's not what happened. Garnacho just pulled the standard Ashley Young starfish.
Minimal contact and nothing remotely resembling a foul.
There's literally 0 chance of that being given at the other end of the pitch.
