Your definition of bloody awful is different to mine. They were playing a team full of top top players allbeit with a diminished defence so it's not surprising when Liverpool dominate possession but they never overran Leicester because they failed to score more than once. For me Leicester looked calm throughout the game and so it proved when they took the chances presented to them.
Leicester couldn't get out and failed to give Vardy anything to feed off for virtually all of that 75 minute period.
He had one chance and hit the bar. Albrighton and Tielemans were completely anonymous.
Liverpool's defence barely functioned and it wasn't tested. Alexander-Arnold and Robertson look knackered.

Nevertheless.

Having any of Dier, Alderweireld or Sanchez in our backline more or less guarantees us a 0-1 deficit going in to each game so that probably answers why Pool ended up beating us this time around. They've had no CBs for a while and still been better than us for the most part.

Maybe we should play without CBs? <whistle>
Maybe we should give Rodon & Tanganga more chances

Managers are always more conservative than us. We don't have to face the chairman and the media, shame the fans are not in the stadium to put the other point of view.

I'm loving the fact I'm not going at the moment to be honest, I'd have ended up staying in the concourse after HT and kept on getting the beers in, would've been some damn expensive days out <laugh>

It seems to me they are always expensive days out when you watch PL teams. Then again I haven't taken into account your capacity for beer and Spurs ability to deliver the fastest pints in the west.

Let's just say this, I've got a mate who downs pints as if he's just trekked across the sahara and is in need of water, so factor that in with the most expensive season tickets in Europe and it's not pretty on your finances... nor your health.

Never really realised how much money I spent on eating out before the lock downs and the saving on Diesel is surprising. Especially living in a place where I normally drive 70 miles for shopping.

This is what Allardyce was talking about against us. He didn't score, but he put the ball in the net a couple of times and looked like he might.

Bad defending (again) by Lindelof, but he was fouled.

City are being gifted the title; with the erxception of Leicester, the would-be challengers have been abysmal,

Maguire talking pure bollox in post match interview. “I was certain it was a penalty”.
Erm, you were offside you chump and it wasn’t a foul.
The Law on offside says it's a penalty if the foul comes before he challenges for the ball so it doesn't matter that he was offside. It wasn't a foul though.
