We’ve got you, bro.

Take your pic from any of our three senior lads at CB. Can throw in an England international CM if you like too seeing as Henderson’s had a couple knocks and Ox is the new Wilshire.

If you take all four I’ll do you a good price. Happy to help <ok>
You forgot a soon to be out of contract LB

We also have the yound Rhys Williams as another choice who had a cameo last night and done well.
Done well? He came on in the 92nd minute! <laugh>
He's 19 and has no senior experience at all. Big risk using him with any regularity. Hope it doesn't damage his career.
He could kick on and do well, but it's a really tough position for a young player.

He won six headers mate.

Fukin World class.

Jamie Carragher says he can't see us winning the title this season
He couldn't see Villa scoring seven against Liverpool, either. Didn't stop it happening.

I don't think that we'll win it either, but it's far too early to judge the teams at the moment.
Some players look like they're still in pre-season, while others are at 100% and firing every game.
It's a very odd campaign, everyone's forgotten how to defend and there's no outstanding team at the moment.
Thing should settled down at some point and we'll get a better idea of what the ****'s going on.

Not very long ago, I was desperate for a return to the days when Spurs were fun to watch, as they were under Redknapp and for the most part under Pochettino. I ought to be very grateful they've become football's entertainers in no time flat, and I am, in the rare moments when I'm not swept up in the manic depressive cycle of their season so far. Mourinho certainly deserves credit. Maybe leopards can change their spots.

A lot of his spots have been painted on by the media. IMO he has simply played to the strengths of the players he had. He's always done that and that's why he is such a successful manager. For me only Venables has been as tactically astute and willing to alter stuff as Jose has with Spurs.

Hes a pragmatic manager and always will be. The only reason it’s entertaining is because he has world class players in Kane and Son and the defence is shocking so Spurs can’t play the Jose way

Yes and no. At the end of last season we did play the Jose way and it worked.
We sat back, used the low block, stopped teams creating anything and hit them on the break.
Boring as ****, but we picked up plenty of points.

Given Ndombele's renewed attitude and the players we have available this season, it's not the best approach.
He's switched to a very attacking, quick off the mark system and it's largely working.
Needs a few kinks ironing out, but it's quite a massive change, so that's to be expected.

Just reading the BBC text (not watching) and it suggests Sterling buggered up a 1 on 1. This surely can't be true, "He is the messiah" (TM).

Watching Fulham v Palace....and the Fulham right back is driving me nuts. He waited until the 42nd minute to put in a cross. He's got to pass it back or sideways. They've got a center forward who can scores goals, nut,no! Sideways, backwards. What have they done to our game?
