Did it go stale or did he just refuse to develop.

Their squad has a lovely balance to it. Just the right mix of experience and youth. It hurts me watching them playing this well, knowing how we were endlessly linked to Maddison, Pereira and Tielemans yet passed up/missed the opportunity to sign them. And Soyuncu is living proof that if your scouting team know their arses from the elbows, you can still pick up an unpolished gem without breaking the bank. We got Aurier without breaking the bank.

Leicester's first XI is very, very good.
I'm not sure they could cope with three or four absences, but as long as the centre backs, Maddison, Tielemans and Vardy stay fit, they look top 4 certainties.

The saddest thing though is that on paper we still easily have a better side/ squad than them with FB positions aside and yet somehow they’re playing phenomenal and we look like a shower of ****.

Rodgers really does deserve a lot of credit for how they play.
