If only that lad had the right mentality. He had skills I’d not even seen Ronaldinho do but his effort and mentality was just awful. Could have been a very, very special player.
Yeah you don’t like saying it but it’s probably fair to say he and those on board are dead. Even if they had survived the initial crash, there’s no way they’re surviving in the sea in these temperatures for all this time. More than likely. I think that was Sarri’s target so I’d be surprised if they failed to get it sorted.
Be interesting to see how he actually does in the Prem. Been one of Europe’s best strikers for a decade or so now but has noticeably put on a few pounds and at 31, you do wonder if he’s left it a bit too late to come to England.

Sarri hasn’t exactly made the best of signings so far. Jorginho’s arrival hasn’t done them much good along with the fact it’s seemingly pushed Kante into a RCM position which he definitely doesn’t suit, while Kepa most certainly doesn’t justify the tag of “world’s most expensive keeper”. Really not sure what they saw in him to have splashed so much dough, at least with Alisson at Pool you can understand why they were desperate for him and paid the big bucks, Kepa is just looking like a real panic buy after the Courtois sale.

It's very late in his career to be learning the PL, especially as his fitness is akin to Rooney's at the same age. I saw him looking distinctly overweight when he moved to Juve...
