From the BBC earlier today...

"Jurgen Klopp is understandably proud of the fact that his team haven't lost a Premier League game at Anfield for over a year and certainly won't want to lose that record or their ascendancy in the top four."

I'm sorry but what "ascendancy in the top four" is this? Before the game they were third, having played a game more than us, with an advantage of 3 points and goal difference. They were still very much in 5th place Chelsea's sights, especially given that they have to go to Chelsea a few days after playing in Rome. Like everyone else, they're a ****ing million miles behind Citeh.

After one drawn game, their "ascendancy" looks a little less glorious, methinks? They've had a decent league season and will be happy to win Wenger's 4th Place Trophy again, just like last year. The BBC journalists are so keen to fellate certain clubs and managers, it's embarrassing.

The beautiful irony of football.

0-0 between Liverpool and Stoke. Huge incentive for us to be trying to get 3rd now.
Liverpool still have chelsea to come...

Saved me the typing, other than to add the Goons
may similarly deny Man Utd a win this weekend
(assuming they are not in small club mode and want
to deny Spurs 2nd place) .

Soton trying their best too...... 2-1 up against Bournemouth.
Palace cruising against 10-man Leicester, who aren’t so much on the beach as playing like they are under a few thousand cubic meters of sand! Could have been in the relegation scrap themselves had their managerial change happened a few weeks earlier.

@Roo I've edited my post and done my best to ensure you rightfully get all the praise for getting in there first, mate. I'm a top bloke like that <ok>

It’s good to know you’re not sarcastic either, mate! <laugh>

Leicester absolute ****e today, but you can bet they’ll turn up against us, because for some reason they hate us as well. <ok>

And West Brom looking like getting another result today. FFS, how are they not officially relegated already?!

Everyone hates us, bro. You only have to go on the Prem board and social media to realise that lol.

Being hated adds to atmosphere anyway, much rather be a yid than say a fan of someone like Fulham, imagine how boring their life must be knowing no one gives two ****s about them?

I think we broke Swansea in the cup 6 weeks ago...they have been dogshite since that battering we have them.
So with Chelsea only 2 points behind us a win is vital v Watford on Monday!

You didn’t read the script, RCL. Swansea have been playing so ****e to lure the Chavs into a false sense of security. They’re going to bring on recent covert signings Messi and Iniesta and win 3-1.
You heard it here first <laugh>

If Swansea get anything don this game I will refer to you as Sir in every post I make for the rest of the season...It ain't EVER gonna happen!!!!

I would prefer Spurs to win their next two, and the same
for Chelsky. That leaves them 3 pts behind the Poool
with their week 37 clash to do.
