Bournemouth had 10 shots on target in their two games against Liverpool and scored 6 goals.
That's either very efficient or useless goalkeeping. Possibly a mixture of the two.
 
Josh King having a very decent season, we could do a lot worse than making an offer in the summer. Would give us pace up front, the only thing Harry lacks.
 
Jesse Lingard has been awarded a 4 year contract @ £100k pw. Howls of laughter heard from Germany where players have to achieve something of note to get paid a fraction of that. It's up to our clubs what they spend on transfer fees and wages but when he gets that and Sterling is on £185k P.w. our national team is ****ed.

Royally and completely ****ed.

It's all media conjecture at the moment, but that does seem ludicrous, doesn't it?
Am I missing something about him or is he just a bit average?

I've seen him win games by scoring goals but I'm struggling to think of a game that he's dominated or where he's been unplayable. He scores infrequently and I'll be surprised if he is a first choice at United in 2 years time. He's a bit Tom Cleverly for me.

Lingard is ordinary. But all the players look ordinary playing in the style Utd do. The slow tempo and lack of runners from midfield beyond Ibrahimovic makes the play very tedious. Lingard, like Martial and Rashford, would be better suited to a quicker pace with opportunities to isolate defenders and run at and beyond them.
