The FA seem to have a vested interest in making sure it doesn't, what with not allowing us to reschedule a match when half our team had food poisoning (while, coincidentally, FA dignitaries were at Highbury for the afternoon...) while last season they appeared to forget that if a ref is looking directly at an incident and does not report it, then by The FA's archaic rules that means Moussa Dembele did not give Diego Costa a long-overdue slap and therefore no action need be taken.
