Only if the moneys right.....and our manager wants to win it......otherwise give it to Fat Sam.At least he would make the effort!

  4. Well, I've got to say that we shouldn't fear Arsenal after Bayern made them look like a right bunch of monkeys. If Bayern can do it, so can we.

I like the sound of that. How many are you going to win by?

Glad you're very confident. You're in for a fight, if our lot can't get themselves up for this one, then it really is time to change everything....

They looked pretty ****ing disinterested in that cup game a couple of months back. No fight from your lot in that game, which was weird as recent NLD's have been pretty even and closely fought affairs.

  9. I think if our LB can keep little Oxo in his back pocket all match, we should sneak a cheeky 1-0 win.

Some Bayern fans clearly aren't impressed by one Arsenal supporters' group:

Probably won't go down well with UEFA.

I think they should put that flag on the Arsenal shirt as soon as possible!

That's been the case for a number of games this season. Don't know what's got into some of our lot, shocking attitude. Too many bottlers.

As hard as it is to say, I thought Oxlade Chamberlain made a lot of the Bayern players look very average last night. Great performance, passion and attitude.

Bayern overall looked pretty average in my opinion. They can play a hell of a lot better but probably felt comfortable enough to see the game out without overdoing it. Risky but when you've got the players they have you can afford to go into it with that approach.

Oxo-cube is a great prospect though, seems to have a good attitude too, which is the major flaw in many of England's youngsters these days.

I thought Bayern's performance was an indication of just how good they are. Arsenal are a good side, and if you allow them the time and space to get their passing game going, they can cause a lot of damage. The fact that Bayern never really allowed that to happen, and made Arsenal look quite ordinary for a lot of the game, just shows what a top side they are.

The mark of a team is that if they have several more gears to move up into. You know Bayern had that.
The Goons had to score first, and within 60 mins, to try and trigger some uncertainty.
Once they failed to do that, the end outcome was never in doubt.

Roysten Drenthe's (remember him?) free-kick for Reading to put them 2-0 up at Elland Road:

Filmed by a rather unhappy Leeds fan. They went 4-0 up, but it finished 4-2.

Yep. He was a Real Madrid player, went on loan to Everton, had some discipline issues and ended up out of contract.
Joined some Russian club that nobody's ever heard of, who were subsequently relegated and then ended up at Reading.
