walcott ruled out for 6 months.

Ray Parlour reckons that it will take 6 months for him to recover from the injury, but then he will need up to 3 months of physio and fitness work to get to the point where he'll be able to play again.

This is a major injury, and used to be a career-terminator, not that long ago.

As much as I may have joshed about Walnut, I wouldn't want him this seriously injured.

It's real bad news for Arsenal, particularly as it exposes an area where they are currently extremely weak.

Roger Johnson joins WHU from Wolves. I don't know anything about him, but a gypsy on Talk5hite, tonight, said that the player's nickname was Relegation Roger, because he's played in three teams that have been relegated, during his short career.

Looks like he's about to make it four.

Lennon was superb for England when he first start getting picked and is just a player that never gets fully appreciated by these idiotic managers who favour players for other reasons and then why wonder England struggle. No I 'm not saying Lennon is the answer to all problems but if he is overlooked once he proves his own fitness and form then its just another example of managers overlooking players, we see it happen all the time, meanwhile players like Smalling will be deemed as the future of England and Hodgson will be waiting for Andy Carroll to regain fitness.

Very true Boss and very strange that only you and I can see it. :emoticon-0136-giggl

It gives big Sam someone to blame though. pass the buck and all that!

Yeah the injury is a bad one, I hope theo makes a full recovery and it doesn't cause any long term problems.

He's a local boy, a few years younger than me, and we both used to play for the same grass roots club(different age groups), before he signed for Southampton. - so to be honest, I've always wished the best for him, despite playing for arsenal!!

As for Lennon, I sincerely hope he's not picked. Knowing our luck He'll come back crocked!

An angry Michael Chopra has grassed up his crappy teammates and the poor organisation at Blackpool:

He's since deleted it.
Disgusting lack of application considering the position that they're in.

He's also got a funny name considering what both names are slang for

We were close to signing Roger Johnson when Harry was in charge. Johnson's wife comes from Ringwood in Hampshire and Harry knew he was keen on a move closer to her family. I believe talks were held but terms couldn't be agreed.

So Hip Hop DJ from my youth Roger Johnson is now playing for the Spanners ??
PL opponents : prepare yourselves for an RJ Scratch attack !!!

Phil McNumpty reckons that Walnut will be a loss to Whinger...

<doh>
How did that bloke get a job?

I once worked with a guy called Dick Everard. Whenever a new girl started we always sent them to see Dick Everard, they never knew if you were being serious or not.
