Great result for Hull. Mrs Doubtfire looking a bit emotional on the sidelines at the end. Liverpool's squad is starting to look a bit thin, though. Need to spend a bit in January, I think. 4-4-2 with only two strikers in your squad?
I'd go 4-3-3 in home games and 4-5-1 away. It would be a formation than suits Suarez, Moses and probably Sterling as well.
It's a long long road to January for us mate. Sturridge bloody crocked and a wafer thin squad, but this is something we were always well aware of and now it's rearing its ugly head
"It's a long long road to January for us mate. Sturridge bloody crocked and a wafer thin squad, but this is something we were always well aware of and now it's rearing its ugly head" Same aims, different reasons it seems. You want to get points on the board so that it gives you leeway if the squad get stretched, Spurs need to get points on the board while the mass influx of new players settle in,
Yours and our seasons will get better, probably from January, Arsenal's will get worse, that I'm sure of. Whether we overtake them is an entirely different matter
"I'm sure Jol will bounce back, made a bit of a mess of things at Fulham though" It happens a lot. Teams get into slumps and a manager just cannot get them back on track.
Also reminding me how I left all three of my saints players (clyne, shaw and lallana) on the bench in my fantasy football team! but I still won't begrudge a saints win and clean sheet as they are a fab team.
Looking at the BBC stats ... amazing how Swansea manage to get a grip on possession no matter who the opponent is.
