Three articles, two highlight reels, a quiz, a featurette and a documentary

<laugh> <laugh>

The public has been invited to lay wreaths outside Anfield.

Buckingham Palace confirms flags will be flown at half mast for the rest of the season.
Just be glad you don’t have to endure it on your local news programme.
They’ve just interviewed two professional Scousers grieving outside Anfield.
One said he that a statue should be built (obvs).
The other said he had been there for every important event in her life - she was doing her GCSEs when he came and now she owns her own home (clearly lies).
Neither had yet been able to process the news <wah>
Sad day.

Not bloody surprised

Rubbish. For example it appears Eden Hazard was one of these. It is obvious that such payments did nothing to make him sign for Chelsea as opposed to us. Also after he joined Chelsea he clearly had negligible effect on their achievements, as indeed he would have made no impact if he'd signed for us instead. Personally I think £10 million far overstates how much Chelsea benefited from cheating. But having had such a severe punishment I am absolutely sure that it will deter them from cheating in the future. It has clearly sent a message that it is not worth cheating and then paying a negligible fine.

The real kicker is the last line of the article: "Chelsea’s hidden payments did not put them in breach of PSR, however"

Sums up the PL that they have an attitude of one form of cheating being okay so nothing has to be done, but another form of cheating is not okay and must be punished severely

Why haven’t they already appointed someone if they plan to.

It’s been nearly a week

If it helps you'll get used to the championship. The relegation pain and piss taking from the rest of the world is the worst part, but soon everyone still in the PL is focussed on the transfer window, and once next season starts you'll realise it's not really much different, because you'll still what spurs to win just as much.... You'll find the games come thick and fast and before you know it you're promoted again..well we were both times anyway.

I’m sure the club are being compassionate at present due to Tudor’s father death. I’m pretty sure he’s on compassionate leave at present.
Total sympathy with Tudor, but the situation does need to be clarified. If he's on CL and wants/expects to return next week then that's fine. (Trusting, of course, that the players not in International duty have been working under planned coaching sessions with the remaining staff).
But the situation is too desperate for the coaching side to be rudderless for any further time.
Any compassion the club feel should also be directed at the fans, who have had to put up with this ****e for so long.

Btw you've got a bigger problem that you even realise, because you're going to find that the other clubs want Tottenham to get relegated and the players of other clubs will try harder vs you lot and maybe even not even try vs leeds, Forest, and West Ham.

I don't know if that's crossed your mind, but that's definitely something you're going to become aware of... I know I had my suspicions, when towards the end it felt like everything went the opposite way you were expecting

Except of course it isn't their stadium is it? And I seem to remember one of the big objections to us moving there was our idea to demolish the stadium, build a footie stadium which would then not be available for athletics. I don't think it's been used much for athletics. And notably the 2026 European Athletics Championships will be held in Birmingham (August 10 to 16).

If Spurs win their games then that sort of stuff doesn’t matter.

If Spurs go down then it’s because they deserve to. Not because of teams conspiring to make it happen or dodgy decisions by officials.
