There's Saudi money at both Newcastle and Chelsea, and one of the main beneficiaries of the Saudi Pro League was Chelsea dodging a PSR volley by selling a glut of players there. Villa being propped up by a slug of transfer fees from the Saudi Pro League is also suspect, given their status as one of the clubs helping Chelsea and the Mansourites dodge PSR charges by buying their youngsters for surprisingly large fees

I am just wondering, you know, a bit, about whether they gained a bit more than they have lost here. Frankly, with that level of punishment you may as well commit the crime and take the fine. It's worth it.
