I actually respect Roma as a club, and they've had some iconic players play for them. But I hate that Mourinho had to be the one who won them their first European trophy. He's never going to stop harping on about how amazing he is now. Ergh.

Same. Jose’s ego will once again by unbearable and I’m sure he will use this as another chance to snipe at Spurs and Man Utd even though both clubs were correct to dismiss him.

The follow up to the joy of the new contract for Elneny is...

...a new deal for Nketiah. <laugh>

They will bring in a few better players, but when you scratch the surface, it'll be the same Arsenal of the last 6 seasons - fur coat and no knickers.

So the one that you just pipped to 4th place then or a slightly improved version that will top you next season?

We're no longer the club that appointed Nuno....much to the disappointment of those below us.

So, does ten Hag have it in him to make Ronaldo track back...? <laugh>

Ronaldo should never need to track back, we have midfielders and defenders for that.
How often is Kane helping out his fullbacks? if you had watched us this season you would have noticed that Ronaldo has done that quite often and actually chases when he loses the ball.
37 years old and makes Kane look geriatric <laugh>

I've often said Ronaldo would've been considered one of the all-time greats if only he'd learned to track back.

As it is, he's more or less James Beattie with a better physique.

Erm, he is considered by most as one of the all time greats <doh>

How does Harry do with the old tracking back thing?

Tell us you don't watch Tottenham without telling us that you don't watch Tottenham.

You should have kept Smalling or Smalldini as he's now called.
    He's basically a better, £80m cheaper Maguire.

BBC video on Venezia being the world's most fashionable club:
    https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/av/football/61586570

I thought this was going to be really stupid, but those kits really are superb.
I wonder how much of it is down to not having a sponsor's logo chucked on it, though?
Kappa's Villa kit this season is far less impressive, too:

Given you need a yacht to reach their stadium, it's no surprise their kit is designed to look good with a pair of chinos

Clearly Liverpool's position hasn't changed because they don't use VAR at their matches anyway.

Also how is this calculated? Presumably means where VAR altered the refs decision. But what if the ref got it wrong but VAR did nothing (eg elbows to the head). I would argue there's at least as much of a problem (particularly with certain clubs) when VAR doesn't intervene as when it does.

Also does it include everything? Surely we had a fair few goals ruled out by very dodgy/marginal offsides - are they accounted for?
