Almost, apart from sending off one of your centre-halves! Also preventing a couple of extremely good chances in the process.
I'm so ticked off with Spurs.....all I can say is...I've never liked Arsenal.....but if they are getting some of our luck while our players don't seem to care....good luck to Arsenal!!!!! If an employee wasn't doing his job he would be gone. At Spurs................!!!??
Juve, Barca and Los Ladrones are preparing to relaunch the ESL, having looked at their proposal and decided that the only thing that needed changing was the possibility of being relegated back to your home league Give it a rest, yeah?
I like it when teams cheat, feign injury and have no sportsmanship. - Ex-Man Utd and Liverpool players.
If my memory is good it seems to me that as soon as players started to act as pundits, and this goes back to the beginning of televised football other than the FA Cup, they began to justify cheating. The first time I heard the term 'professional foul' was from one of these players. Certainly 1973 following the England Poland game there was discussion on the subject. In fact I have found the entire game on You Tube and at 1hour 28minutes you can see Roy Macfarlane almost ruby tackle the Pole Lato as he tried to breakaway. Now that happens all the time but I remember that I was shocked to see an English player do that.
Younger posters may notice the commentary and how it just describes the action and who has the ball. No bullshit like todays opinionated stuff. Also notice how the ball behaves in this quality repro. of the game. It's heavier and doesn't fly or bend so easily as the modern balls.
I love how quick Sheikh Monsour please log in to view this image was to advertise the fact that there's now an owner more despicable than he is.
