I'm gonna say it again but Tomas Soucek, what an unbelievable signing he's been for West Ham. That's now 8 goals in the league this season for a defensive midfielder and he's been crucial to West Ham's good form this season.
Pound for pound I'd go as far as saying he's been as good as Fernandes for Utd. These two have been by far the best couple of signings in the Prem since they joined their clubs a year ago and seeing as no one had really heard of Soucek before I think it makes it that bit better.

I want similar but change Dean to Campbell. Maybe chuck jelly and ice cream in there too.
I read somewhere that Soucek was their fallback option after you beat them to signing Gedson Fernandes. If that's true, I bet they're unbelievably grateful you beat them to the punch on that one!
Yeah it was. Once we signed Gedson they signed Soucek about 2-3 days later.
To think we all laughed at how we jacked their target... epic fail on our part.
Does make you wonder just how many more players there are like Soucek who haven’t had that big break yet. As has been said before, he ain’t some young wonder kid, he’s nearly 26 now so been around a bit.
Shows that if you utilise good scouting there’s some top players out there waiting to be uncovered.

Or alternatively all players have a hot patch and they just got lucky. We will see which is right in May 2023 when we've seen him play 100 games
