He turns slightly, as anyone would when a ball comes flying at them; that's natural instict too. The ball is hit with a lot of venom and the arms don't change position enough to affect the ball's path.

1 point difference between Spurs and Arsenal over 56 PL games since August 2011. That seems pretty evenly matched to me! And as the teams have played different fixtures this year, it's not a scientific analysis.

Sorry, I think you have got your terminology incorrect. My " logic" is spot on. You have declined, from Premiership title contenders, to also rans. Meanwhile, we have improved from mid- table to be consistent contenders for a CL place. One team has advanced, the other has regressed.
