Jorginho done exactly what he done against us in our shootout. Ederson done his homework. Imagine paying £50m for a guy who’s penalty game was the only thing going for him so far and he couldn’t even produce when it mattered. ****ing lolz.
That literally couldn't have gone better for you lot. Chelsea playing extra-time, looking jaded and leggy, their goalkeeper outright refusing to leave the pitch in extra time and is then partially responsible for City winning the penalty shootout. All the media will focus on is the player-manager power dynamic at Chelsea yet again rearing its ugly head, but this time, its in plain sight. Totally humiliating situation all round and it will definitely not improve squad morale now we're heading in to the business end of the season. Will be shocked if you don't beat them at SB in midweek.
Surely Kepa should have received a red card for refusing to leave the field of play. If a player is subbed and walks off slowly (time wasting ) and gets a yellow then surely this could have been seen as time wasting .............
