Criminal mismanagement by Solskaer. Starting one injured player was probably a bad idea, but understandable. Bringing on a second injured player to substitute for someone with a new problem was madness. After Lingard finished mapping his one dimensional heat map, Solskaer was out of subs with Rashford still limping around the pitch.
