Klopp: "The referee must know that [Liverpool's goal was offside] at half-time, it explains the second half because I think the referee knew and you saw there were a lot of strange situations, not decisive, just rhythm breakers." Questioning the referees integrity? I am sure the FA will do the right thing and he'll get punished for this...
Now come on, we can't just assume that City are going to win that match. Who are they playing? I'll just have a look... So, when City are top on Wednesday, how do you think Liverpool will react?
Staggering. Neither of them are difficult/borderline decisions. With officiating like this, VAR can't come soon enough.
That German teeth-grinding spacker has properly embraced the Scouse mentality of being a whiny little victimised prick, ain’t he?
Pressure mate, he has never been under it before but now he has spent a fortune the club expect results.
It is staggering how many bad key decisions go the way of Liverpool, and most of them are not even debatable. Gifted penalties galore, offside goals galore, refusing to award penalties against them galore...etc etc. It`s impossible to say how many extra points it has gained them up to now, but it must be into double figures so far.
It's the culture of the club. He can't avoid it. He's not a strong enough character to cope with a couple of setbacks. Wouldn't back them for the title. I'm rooting for Spurs, but City hold all the cards now.
