After celebrating too forcefully yesterday (beer, brandy and local distilled nut-juice spirit), I've managed to change the TV to Portuguese commentary/adverts etc. Can't figure how to change it back. Makes a nice change though. Harry Kane is almost the same though, its kind of 'Airry Kaaaaaaaaane'

 

Not suggesting that the BBC are Manchester-biased (heaven forbid!) but their comments online.....

I hope the ref gave the Man Utd player a
yellow card for that blatant handball.

 

It was certainly stooping after Valencia kicked him in the face, to be fair.

 

Bruce Lee would have been proud! And even Cantona wouldn’t have got his leg up that high

 

If you look carefully at the creases on the back of the neck of the player in red, you will see that he is indeed ''stooping his head''

 

Anyway now onto watching the tangerines- and an early dive by Firmino

 

Firmino dive followed a few minutes later by a Fimino goal.

 

Which nobody mentions. Now he's scored and this is going to be a drubbing, I think.

I didn't see any rolling on the ground like he'd been shot ala lamela.

But the match was played in Liverpool, he had every right to think that he had been shot.

 

Firmino is trying to out Deli, Deli.

 

Nope and didn't at the time either, lamela was very clever/cute/sly in the way he earned that pen. but let's have it right that wasnt a dive by firmino by any stretch of anyone's imagination.

I get it, deli has highlighted some play acting amongst the spurs players and it's only natural the fans will be looking to deflect that onto others.
