So "vision and guts" (which I assume both Moyes and LVG have) is not the criteria, but being able to deliver same/better performance on-pitch near immediately is (as far as PLC shareholders are concerned. And of course the quality of your existing resources is a big factor in how quickly you can do that (for Moyes the weakening squad that finished 2012-13 etc) .
