It's a matter of degree. A really large degree. The other difference is that you don't get many if any Spurs supporters condoning this behaviour. Mind you, could be because a Spurs player is far more likely to get a retrospective ban for something untoward, whilst Chelski players seem immune. Also I don't think any Spurs player has needed a lie down on the pitch as often as Drogba did.

I think you have fans who will be fed up of antiques from certain players and some who like it. I think in general theres a mix of chelsea opinions on drogba and costs with respect to their antics but of course we love them as players as they are brilliant and the real deal.
As I'm sure there were loads of spurs fans who defended bale when he dived numerously. To be fair your team right now is pretty clean minus alli and i would argue lamela who you guys love but i either a really clumsy footballer or a pretty dirty player ala Scholes (he plays with intensity but some of his challenges)

Pretty much 100% - although not yet convinced about 'relishing the extra pitch space' at Wembley, if our experience to date is anything to go by!!!
Slightly odd that supporters had no problems with Stam, Schmeichael, Evra, Van Nistelrooy, Giggs, Beckham, Lampard, Cole, Cechu, Makelele, Kante, Cahill, Matic, etc, etc.

Plenty of those players have received stick and abuse over the years. Point is, part of the reason players are hated is because they are successful for rival clubs. Bet you don't give 2 ****s about the likes of Ryan Shawcross or Barton because they play for clubs not on your radar.
