As Sowfampton scored 2 against both Manchester clubs I thought that they might do better than this.....oh well wrong again.

    They've scored 2 today, TMT.
Unfortunately they were both in the wrong end.

Clanger from Szczesny, why does everyone rate him so highly?

    2 for Berbatov, already.
Jol seems to know how to get the best out of him, doesn't he?

Great player, to be fair. Probably suits being the star player than being just another player and often unfairly dropped at United.

If they score four more it'll probably end up 8-1 :D

The pass to him was going to drop in the D, he made hit the net...first! you need both SL, call it the 'sweet spot' of the ball and the middle of his forehead.

You'd probably need another 99 times out of a hundred to get even close. <ok>

Kane had a twenty minute cameo today. Got a couple of shots...and that's about as much as I can get off the BBC site. Anyone got more info?

From MOTD highlights, Kane did well to create one opportunity for himself outside the area but passed it a good metre or two wide and then later hit a tame left footed shot in the area when put free on a break that he started. He also set up Snodgrass for a good chance. Promising but disappointing finishing it seems.

Mornin YV..I've no idea what was in his head from there, he was never going to pass it into the net, fear of putting his foot through it...not a good sign.

Mancini - 'this goal is impossible, its basketball! <laugh>

Not the first time Crouch has scored a goal for Stoke with a bit of juggling thrown in <grr>

Kane was probably guilty of too much composure there :D

He's being compared to Teddy, well not yet for me, Teddy was at least a clinical finisher, and very good in the air, both missing from Kane's game atm. HK seems an ordinary quietish lad, probably not wanting to live up to such a tag just yet.

    That cracked me up <laugh>

Unbelievable how it was given though, would never have been allowed to stand if against United

From the brief amount I saw on MOTD, he looked pretty ordinary. But, let's give him a little more time.
