Scott Sinclair has refused to sign a new contract with Swansea. Last week Scott Sinclair's name was linked with Man City. Anyone else think City're learning the tricks their neighbours have used on other clubs for so long?
Saints were in a **** state 2 years ago, when they were taken over and are now ranked one of the richest clubs in England. There are a few more twists and turns with this deal, but I think we could promise Ramirez first team football. Our stadium is new and paid for and holds only 4 thousand less than White Hart Lane, but with planning of upto 45-50 thousand if required. The club does not owe a penny and our chairman is like a pitbull once he has decided on somethng, which he clearly has with Ramirez. Our top paid players are on the high 20 thousands, so he is reported to be on more than that. The club reportedly was left a war chest by the late owner, 1 person said it was around 80 million, so yes Saints can afford this player. The aim of the club is to have top quality young players with a good offering from our academy,we have some gooduns coming through, but we may have to wait for another Bale. Best of luck with the coming season, and in your hunt for a goal scorer.
Apparently United bid under £5mill for Dembele. Disgraceful trying to unsettle a player whilst not even showing any intent on paying even a reasonable price for him.
£5m? That's taking the piss. They paid that for him. His contract's up at the end of the season though, so they might have ****ed themselves on that. Double bid for Dembele and Dempsey? Bentley, Jenas and Bassong as a swap?
Not sure about the team Arsenal are putting out today, looks weaker than I thought they were. Jenkinson, Gibbs, Diaby and Gervinho starting...
Sobering first half for Arsenal fans predicting a title challenge. Cazorla looked lively for a bit and Podolski looked short of the quality needed for a top team but we already knew that, didn't we. Same old passey Arsenal with not much else and same old Library atmosphere. You could hear a cricket blink in that stadium.
A few months ago, there was talk of a £6m offer for Baines based on Everton's financial troubles - pretty low rent, even for them. If we were doing cash + players for Dembele and Dempsey, I'd stick to Jenas and Bentley - Bassong can be sold for hard currency to another club, or retained and we move on Gallas. If that deal were to happen, though, we'd make it harder for the press to get the knives out for LAdPCeV-B.
I think it's fair to say that hiag is gonna have a field day this evening!!! Nice to see Swansea thumping qpr 4-0 too! Poor old Hughes!! Hahaha Also good to see fulham sticking 2 fingers up to Dempsey.
Pool losing and the Goons drawing....my first reaction was 'cmon Spurs, we need a win' I've missed the tension! My fickleness is back with a vengeance. 3 nil to WBA
ha ha love it!, the mousers are a bunch of spastics at the best of times, they just won't accept their team is crap, last season it was hitting the post, now there is no excuse, rodgers talks a great game but he talks too much before delivering and that will be his down fall.
It's been one game **** sake, most fans on my board are ****ing crying at the fact we're losing to WBA, I too am annoyed but the window hasn't closed yet and we still have 37 games to go. Fans on our board just need to calm the **** down
wigger calm down mate, am just taking the piss as its the first game of the season and have missed this! but there is no denying your manager talks too much and acts like he is about to take liverpool back to the glory days, he should shut up for a few months and let the team do the talking.
