It's all down to Pullis now to stop Liverpool unless they slip up against Norwich which is unlikely but then no one predicted Sunderland would take four points from six against City and Chelsea away.

The goal difference is worth an extra point now.
Even a point at Norwich will ramp the pressure right up on Chelsky.

"My answer is simple and pragmatic. Congratulations to my players. They tried everything and left everything on the pitch. Secondly, congratulations to Sunderland they won and have three important points. It doesn't matter how and why.
"Congratulations to referee Mike Dean, his performance was really amazing and, finally, congratulations to [referees' chief] Mike Riley because of the way he organised things with the referees doing well according to their objectives."

Mourinho taking the loss well... right up until the bit where he suggests there's a conspiracy for Liverpool to win the league! <laugh>

The Anfield game should be epic.
No event since the 2012 Olympics will have had a gathering of all the top
    divers at the same venue.

First in the Premier league, but was beaten by Charlton in a Carling Cup game a few seasons ago. He however, always chose to ignore that!!

I almost pity the ref for that, but he's bound to be a massive twat, so I don't.

That's probably the best bit about it. When Mourinho loaned Lukkaku out the media all thought it was so he could help take points off their title rivals and the same when they sold Mata to United. Maybe they'll all be hailing Rodgers' genius in sending Borini out to do the same :D

I missed the first half but I heard they should've had a penalty but Ramires also should've been sent off. Definitely shouldn't have been a penalty in the second half but you can understand why the linesman would've given it from his angle. Ultimately it's justice for Chelsea after West Brom's robbery there, which should've ended Mourinho's home record in the league.

On another note, if Liverpool do somehow balls up the league then Pulis simply has to be manager of the season. I've been expecting the run of form to run out at any moment but they've just got better and better. 36 points in 23 games is comfortably top half form and with a side that Holloway left in a total mess.

Thought it was because Jose is an idiot who didn't understand that Lukaku would have
been much better in the squad this season than not (especially when you consider Torres) .

And yes, Pulis for manager of the year if Brenda effs it up.

Pullis has added incentive to win that game, to beat Stoke to the top ten and stop Liverpool or at least give the Chavs a chance and then he can claim manager of the year although everyone is jumping on the Pullis bandwagon as I said when he was appointed Palace manager he would do a fantastic job.

"although everyone is jumping on the Pullis bandwagon"

As I said the other day, both supporters and pundits from all walks are saying
that what he has done for Palace is worthy of it.

Myself, I thought he was the architect of the rugby football at Stoke.
And even if he was, he is obviously not dogmatic about it (managers take note) .

That's what's most impressive about Pullis, proving he can add his organisation to a team like Palace rock bottom but open minded enough to play his way out of trouble, aside from the odd game where they had to play defensive.

He plays a defensive midfielder in front of them. Unlike Sherwood.

Is there some sort of conspiracy to gift The Mousers the title? Either that or Sunderland have been hiding their shining talents until the very last moment. 4 points from playing City and Chelsea..bit more than we got!..

That's the first time I've ever been disappointed to see Chelsea lose at home to Sunderland.

It's unbearable to think Liverpool could win the league.
