Rival watch

quick question - if Balotelli gets retrospectvely banned for his stamp, Would the ban kick in in time for the CC 2nd leg?

EDIT: Wow - if you were backing any striker to put that chance away, it would've been RVP

So isn't that a penalty?

Striker one on one beats the keeper and then gets taken out by the keeper he would score if the defender doesn't clear it. The ref should pull the play back and award the penalty.

So after the dust settles after all the weekends games, we actually only dropped 1 point to one of our rivals for fourth place (Chelsea). I don't class either of the Mancs, or Spurs as our rivals at the moment as too far ahead of us. So not so bad really.
I'm trying to be positive.

difference is, The goons and spuds lost points against United and City, we lost to Bolton. It could have been so much sweeter had we had won, which we should have. Pathetic. But thank god we're not as far behind than we could have been

Tough games for our rivals today, even more incentive to take something from the game today <ok>

Key fixtures today:

Man Utd Vs Liverpool

Everton Vs Chelsea

Sunderland Vs Arsenal

Tottenham Vs Newcastle
