To be honest, if they have the money to pay him off he has to go. He came in full of bluster with his dossier, tiki taki football, talk of false No9s and great technicians but has done nothing but blow millions on dross. He is probably at the right club for his level but will not take them any higher.

That's his biggest fault...he talks and talks and talks...much of it is textbook management speak bullshit that just creates problems for him.
