My view is they should take the 50 mil or whatever and build a new stand etc and benefit long term

Their stadium is relatively new anyway I think and no point building a new stand now, missing out on full house every other week for what could be their only season in the Prem for it to then not fill out if they get relegated again.
It's small though no?
My thing would be keep the cash and build it when you've permissions etc
