United tried to play football rather than just going [HASHTAG]#longball[/HASHTAG] to Fellaini.

After Chelsea stopped them doing it last week, LVG tried to go back to playing football and failed miserably.

I suppose the BBC will be calling Martinez a [HASHTAG]#tacticalgenius[/HASHTAG] now that he outthought and Everton outfought [HASHTAG]#tacticalgenius[/HASHTAG] and his team

Whispers

The reality is Utd players thought 4th is theirs so have gone on holiday

Thought all they needed was to turn up at its reserves outfit

Win win for the BS though, they beat the scummers plus it makes us rue that draw yesterday even more <laugh>

Yeah but had we been close enough and an Everton win could have really helped us, we know they would have rolled over and let United tickle their bellies like they did for City last year <ok>

United had big enough gap that Everton knew they could win and still wouldn't really help us <whistle>

"Manchester United defender Chris Smalling: "It was very disappointing. I think that was the first time this season that we were off the pace from the first whistle. From the first moment to the last we were second best."

It must be a United thing that you're hypnotised to forget any game played before you start doing well? Their fans forget about football prior to 1992 and their players forget football prior to the last 4 months <laugh>

It's kinda disappointing that you let your heads drop, with United losing back-back, and had you won at West Brom, you would have been right in it again, you still have a good chance if you win your game in hand, but the pressure would have been much higher had you beaten West Brom.

It might not sound so fun to fire the players up for top 4, but that's what a good manager should be able to do, and Rodgers hasnt seem to have been able to lift the players, make them believe there is still something to very much play for.

tbf Pulis is adept at putting a brick wall in front of goal and we loacked that bit of something special to break through them

Sometimes a **** hair is the difference and Ibe's shot clips a defender and hits the bar, such are the margins.
