It's actually 4 now, ;-), I'll use the United logic like you did before not counting when we still had to play....the only reason the points gap isn't larger is not down to you, but down to us and our very bad start in the first half of the season, wasn't until December that we finally got our act together, and as the commentator mentioned today, if we had been on this form throughout the season, we'd be on 96 points....So don't get too happy.
Who do I fancy? I fancy us, that's who, as we are currently better than everybody, and have a solid team and have been doing excellent building a solid foundation to be confident for next season, 2-3 additional signings and we will be right in it next year.
You on the other hand, I don't fancy you at all, and I'm not saying this just to WUM, I don't fancy you at all, I say you will finish 4th again next season. Rooney can't carry you for a whole season, and neither can 1 or 2 fancy midfielders, and for God's sakes, Fellaini has become UNDROPPABLE in the words of your own manager, you really expect me to take you seriously LOL as title challenger when Fellaini is your key guy? Please.
Oh yes another thing, we had to contend with European football this season you know? Something you didn't.....And incase you think oh well that's not a huge difference, yeah 8 games isn't a huge difference eh, but anyways, just ask Liverpool how different it is when you have to play in Europe and when you don't, they were like you last year, no European commitments, but we see how more tough it is when you do have to play in Europe on top of domestic competition.
You lot have been for the most part, been only playing in the league, you got knocked out of the CC in the first round, so you've basically only played league, and FA Cup to the last 8.
Let's see how you will cope when you have European mid-week games, heck you're lucky you didn't have European football this year with all the injuries you had, you were lucky you only had 1 game a week, imagine you had European commitments....We like you, had just as bad an injury situation and even WORSE per the stats, and STILL played in Europe. We have played far more games than you this season (11, 12 after we play in the semi finals).
So again, don't get too ahead of yourself, and don't try comparing yourself too much with us and saying well why aren't you waaaay ahead of us, you have had a much bigger advantage since the start of the season.

I know you are allowed a transfer window, but for me, that's not a good thing.....you need more players than we do, for us, 2 is enough, another back up CB, and a striker....You lot will need at least 2 more strikers, with Falcao gone, and RVP seems to be done too, I hope you keep him though so you can suffer, but if you don't, you need 2 strikers....You still need another midfielder, even 2. And in the back you also need 1-2 more faces. You have A LOT OF WORK TO DO, I don't doubt you will be busy this summer, but to me, that doesn't= you will improve next year, you guys still need a lot of surgery, we on the other hand, don't, heck we had an in house surgery thanks to Coqualan, our DMF issue has been sorted without having to go into the transfer market.
As for Liverpool's form, they were saying bla bla bla, but Liverpool unlike us, haven't managed to maintain it have they, and even as good as Liverpool got, our form was still better,

We had a worse start than any of the top sides, a worse injury crisis and far more to deal wity due to all the change.
And since September, Chelsea have picked up one more point.
