But what do you expect from the guy who claimed he didn't foul Drogba?

He didnt foul Drogba. Kicking in the chest is a form of praise where evans comes from.

I dont want him banned for one game, he's **** and I want to see him at the heart of the Mancs defense

This will mean the VG [HASHTAG]#luckedout[/HASHTAG] and wont be able to play him

thats one of the one i mean................. as you can find that the guy rolled about unhurt deliberate after diving in two footed and the got up and ran back into position.

he did it another time too i recall... I think he's well able to think on the spot. I think he got mad at cisses leg, the kick out was the reaction and he had to come up with something as he was worried he reaction to cisse would be a problem.

the lines on his face even give it away

I think the mancs should be punished by having him as CB for next 10 years personally... their blind spot makes him out as a genius of a player but actually he's weak.

We all think hes dogshit and have been calling for him not to play all season.

Manchester has to be considered "Greater Manchester" to get Man Utd in

But then the per population stat uses the population of Manchester rather than the 2.7 million of Greater Manchester (even though it uses the 8.4 million population of Greater London)

Pure garbage

Exactly. Old Trafford's in Salford which is a different city to Manchester.

This is an important step in the dismantling of Fergie's corrupt FA stronghold

It paves the way for the day when Man Utd buy a decent player who it does matter to be banned

http://www.soccer-blogger.com/2015/...5-evans-vs-cisse-newcastle-manchester-united/

just a gif vid..

note that it is really the reaction to cisse's boot that get evens going.. first he kicks back a little then he shouts hey i think then his lips are pursed.... its then that cisse reacts and you can see cisse projecting his in his head movement and evans shouts hey again.

I think there is very little case for someone to tell us that that spit ball that is on video came form normal breath out at that moment. his mouth is a particular shape and he looks to be blowing if you look hard at his neck it looks like he is tensing up more than a breath.

Personally if he manages to get off it'll be interesting.

cisse i think was quite happy cos he is not enjoying newcastle one bit and is taking his hols.

It's a focused, deliberate spit. No way he can claim that it's just a gob of saliva that's fallen out of his mouth or whatever accidentally. Evans doesn't like the way Cisse has moved his right leg in the tackle and after so he has a little tap with his foot on Cisse's leg then has a spit towards him. Look at his eyes. They don't move off Cisse at all.

Jonny Evans: Man Utd defender denies spitting charge

Manchester United defender Jonny Evans has denied an FA charge for allegedly spitting at Newcastle's Papiss Cisse in Wednesday's Premier League match.

An independent hearing into the case will be held on Friday night, with a decision expected on Saturday.

Evans, 27, was charged on Thursday and faces a six-game ban if found guilty. He has previously denied deliberately spitting at Cisse in a statement.

Cisse, 29, accepted an FA charge for the same offence on Thursday evening.

3 games for evans and 6 for cisse would be fair. 3 each for spitting and an extra 3 for cisse kicking out.

Evans 3 games to be suspended until we play Liverpool, City and Arsenal.

Evans kicked out too <doh>

Cisse will get a extra game because he's already served a ban this season.

Apart from it's a 6 game ban for spitting.

Would anyone be surprised if Evans is given a shorter punishment than Cisse despite them committing the same offence <laugh>

7 games for Cisse
9 games for Evans (50% penalty for lack of contrition)

You'd assume pleading guilty would get you less of a sentence than pleading innocent and making it go through the whole appeal process etc... much like normal court.. but then again this is the FA so will probably result in a lesser ban.

According to the last high profile nonsense judgement from the FA kangaroo court ie Matic and his reduced ban for provocation then surely cisse should have a reduced ban.
What more provocation can you need to spit at somebody?
