  • Premier League

It hasn`t.
Three ex refs are asked to view incidents the match ref claims he didn`t see, if all three agree that a red card offence has been missed by the match ref then charges are brought and the player/s have a chance to explain/defend themselves <ok>

so he is guilty then <whistle>

Billions of people spit without knowing. Some have to be shouting others not so much.

Evans did spit though. Rolled it on his tongue as well tbh.

I do. I had crooked bottom teeth as a youngster, but they're straightened now; however, when I do strenuous exercise such as running or the exercise bike I have an embarrassing tendency to spit involuntary when I talk/gasp. And during sex too, which could explain my single status....<doh>

So I have sympathy with people who spit accidentally in pressurised situations, but, as you say, neither were accidental on Wednesday: question is, whilst Cisse's was deliberately aimed at Evans, was Evans' deliberately aimed at Cisse?

Just a reminder: in a proper court the standard of judgement is beyond reasonable doubt, in an FA hearing it is balance of probabilities (or whichever way the wind from the press and David Cameron is blowing that week, as the case may be). If Evans denies it, his fate will be in the hands of the latest Sky phone-in polls and Sun columnists opinions that are out there in the days before the FA compose the panel, because that is when the final decision is made.

Evans had blatantly lost his head because Man Utd are so consistently ****e

He scissored Cisse, tried to kick him again as he got up, then did the most deliberate spit possible

How can he possibly argue "yeah I was tried to kick the **** out of someone and coincidentally had the need to spit at the exact same time but it had nothing to do with Cisse"

I think perosnally the most damning part here for evan to explain is the shape of the mouth. I can see anyone spewing bile shouting ok.. fair enough I've seen guys do it but if your mouth is so shaped as to project a spit ball... it has to be strongly suspected it was deliberate.

I also have to take in prior... unfortunate we've seen many occasions where evans has done similar but feign injury... basically he's gone in targetting the man and has had a plan to then get involved. I think he's premeditated that. I personally twice have seen him dive in over the ball two footed v liverpool players then roll about o n the ground acting like he was the guy fouled. I feel personally if he's gone in to tag cisse he's got up to provoke a reaction and have the ref deal with that not him.

As i said originally no other utd player does this, ferdinand, vidic, joes, smalling all seem fair enough but this guy i have seen do this kind of nasty stuff....

even evra's antics with abuse has never been to kick someone then mouth off and get a reaction <whsitle>

but seriously... look again ant pics and vid the mouth shape cannot be denied.

http://www.soccer-blogger.com/2015/...5-evans-vs-cisse-newcastle-manchester-united/

just a gif vid..

note that it is really the reaction to cisse's boot that get evens going.. first he kicks back a little then he shouts hey i think then his lips are pursed.... its then that cisse reacts and you can see cisse projecting his in his head movement and evans shouts hey again.

I think there is very little case for someone to tell us that that spit ball that is on video came form normal breath out at that moment. his mouth is a particular shape and he looks to be blowing if you look hard at his neck it looks like he is tensing up more than a breath.

Personally if he manages to get off it'll be interesting.

cisse i think was quite happy cos he is not enjoying newcastle one bit and is taking his hols.

It's so blatant, Evans is just taking his **** level to a new high

But what do you expect from the guy who claimed he didn't foul Drogba?

Thing is in a confrontation your first reaction wouldn't to spit because you wanted too, if your spitting your intending it to hit someone,

The mancs have a thread on the subject and have managed to turn it into Suarez mania(yet again), their intention is clear, while some of them accept Evans spat others are like UIR are pretending it ain't so bad a thing to do compared to Suarez/Evra.
Evans is a dirty bastard for spitting in the face of an opponent and deserves more than 6 games banned for denying it, Suarez was in Spain when it happened and played no part in it, so wind it in UIR and stop trying to justify it.<ok>

Evans spat in his general direction, in the heat of the moment. He can't claim that's a natural reaction and it patently caused Cisse to react in kind.

Only he knows if he intended to hit him, but the fact that he didn't doesn't excuse him.

He should have been sent off along with Shelvey for this one.

If ever there was a hack manipulating things to aim praise up the East Lancs Rd this is it.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/11453267/Which-is-Englands-greatest-footballing-city.html

The obvious top city is Liverpool, then North London, the Manchester and so on, North London is the equivalent in size to inner city Liverpool and Manchester.

Pure BS

They say at the start they consider "municipal authority" rather than "city" so they can have "London", then they still call them "cities" in the rest of the article

City of London FC hasn't won many major honours http://www.cityoflondonfc.com

Which is why London should be split into NSWE portions, Liverpool/Everton combined make the city of Liverpool top footballing city.

Manchester has to be considered "Greater Manchester" to get Man Utd in

But then the per population stat uses the population of Manchester rather than the 2.7 million of Greater Manchester (even though it uses the 8.4 million population of Greater London)

Pure garbage

He spat. He's a disgrace to the human race and should banished from football for at least ten games [HASHTAG]#suarez[/HASHTAG]

thats one of the one i mean................. as you can find that the guy rolled about unhurt deliberate after diving in two footed and the got up and ran back into position.

he did it another time too i recall... I think he's well able to think on the spot. I think he got mad at cisses leg, the kick out was the reaction and he had to come up with something as he was worried he reaction to cisse would be a problem.

the lines on his face even give it away

I think the mancs should be punished by having him as CB for next 10 years personally... their blind spot makes him out as a genius of a player but actually he's weak.
