Now, one could say that all 20 teas are trying to win the league so therefore going for same object... but in reality, teams like Burnley aren't, they're trying to avoid relegation.


Plus, we don't just talk about PL teams in here...

I mentioned this earlier in the week, when all the pundits were saying that Man U were going to easily get back into the top4.

They only actually have 6 senior team 'defenders' (what would be considered defenders, not players like Young) at the club and about 4 of those are currently injured.
And when Jones and Smalling are your 1st choice CB pairing you know you're in a mess.

To be honest, with so many wingers and lack of defenders it was an odd choice to play 3 CB's (when you've only got 2 fit) and wing backs (when you don't have any) and no wingers (when you have 4).

It's great seeing Utd struggle! They've always had one of the best defences in the PL and won it so many times through tight 1-0 wins even when not playing well. I think now they may actually have the worst defensive in the top half of the table!

Tbf it's not all woodwards fault he's had 3 different managers each with there own style and player preferences. However it was clear last season that 2 CB's were needed, and failure to get any must mean he's got to go!
