On a liverpool board I'm sure the "comparison" will be an honest one lol. Anyway I doubt Giggs will be worrying too much about it as he polishes all those winner's medals.

I look forward to the Brunt vs Best comparisons on here after NI's next international when you lot feel the urge to discuss it

Lewandowski doing a Mane and scoring a quick hat trick, Ronaldo scored a hat trick aswell.

His third goal is really worth a watch, if anybody hasn't seen it yet.

Ronaldo's, not Lewandowski's, though that might be good too. I just haven't seen it.

Fair play when it comes to his club trophy haul but internationally he's been pants compared to others(like Bellamy for example)because without doubt Giggs was England quality, but he he's Welsh and just like many other superb Welsh players before him never played in a major international tournament.

But unless you're Welsh you shouldn't have an opinion or a certain person throws a hissy fit.

I'm a Welsh fan the atmosphere at the city stadium was amazing last night. Belgium looked very ordinary. As for Giggs and Bale comparisons (which is a completely natural thing to do regardless of whether your support wales or not) I think it's fair to say it felt like Giggs let his country down and wasn't fully committed to them. Bale on the other hand clearly loves playing for his country and puts 100% into it.

As for them as players both great players but Bale is a player that wins games on his own, whereas Giggs was special but wasn't a match winner like Bale. Anyway it's all opinions but that's my view on it as a Welshman.

Blueman likes this. You should be proud!

I still don't know why Giggsy haunts you so much. It's not healthy old fella.

Didn't Fellaini score a couple for Belgium in their win over France? Honestly no idea whether he scored with his afro, feet or arse but a goal is a goal! I do know Belgium looked completely toothless against Wales.

Fellaini is very important to them, as you say, without him they have little threat on goal.

Gotta hand it to Moyes, his foresight was crucial to United scraping 4th last season. United really struggled till vG resorted to Moyes signings and tactics.

You must be drunk Shteve, earlier today on the transfer thread you were taking the piss out of our Belgian keeper, are you Belgian or a Liverpool supporter?

Of course you're not but it never stopped you having a pop, practice what you preach Shteve because you're making a twat of yourself.[/QUOTE]

He usually does. Nothing new there.
