At this point last season Man Utd were preparing for a League Cup semi-final and were through to the last 16 of the Champions League

And they had the same points in the Premier League

It was only February that the wheels really came off for Moyes

Remember Man Utd still had faith and Mata coming was a sign of progress

Because we've been ****e so far this season. If you had been keeping up I wouldn't need to reiterate that. And because we, and most of those who finished above you last season have been so crap thus far, it makes your mediocre performance look better than it is.
However, if you see this marginal improvement as a reason to break out the bunting, then who am I to argue? Well done.
