Theu won't get as many easy openings in future games as they wont fave a side with 7 injured defenders out of 9.

Horse ****! There no way you've got nine actual defenders of note!!!

yeah courtois is really good isn't he <laugh>

Yeh hes ok for a keeper used to playing with a back 7. Both at madrid and chelsea. The worlds two most defensive bus services.

Seriously though, would he look as good in the united side? De gea would be bored at chelsea. Hes have to spend all game calling terry a ****er in spanish and confusing the **** out of him just for a laugh.

sooooo uir is agreeing with me then....

utd lost two players in first half too.... yet southampton are worldies.... that triple defensive blunder for first goal... the defensive line being outside the d let alone the 18 yard box on a free leaving 18 yards for rooney to put it in?

southampton were one dimensional. I do not know why utd seemed incapable of a few one touch passes to cut them up and 90% of the time pass it backwards letting the high pres off the hook.

weird game.

I put it down to the ball being too heavy or the grass too sticky. Every time we passed the ball along the ground it either didn`t reach the man or got there at the same time as a Southampton player <laugh>
On the other hand, maybe they kept the grass dry to thwart our incisive, quick passing <whistle>

Their pitch was alive. Did you see rooneys corner. Wtf happened there? The eartj jist lifted up <laugh>

No, as I said it looked more like a defensive situation. But if Van Gaal whines again about his match fitness you know exactly who is to blame <ok>

Astro, you talk ****. We are playing defenders in U21 games to get them match fit because we need them, we don`t need strikers so don`t waste the spaces with them. Falcao will get match fit by playing minutes in the first team when we have a good lead.

Disappointing from Southampton but didn't expect anything else. Slightly cringing the way they were being talked up as top 4 contenders by the media ffs. They will slip down the table now.

As for us? It's looking ever more like a make or break week for Rodgers. Two losses and he could be out. We can't afford to get dumped out of the CL and then drift to 10 points behind united. Rodgers needs to prove he's not a ****ing moron, cus at the moment it's starting to look that way with his stupid signings.

Getting dumped out the Champs League and being 10 points behind United by mid December after splashing over a £100 mill after finishing second wouldn't go down well with me, let alone the owners <ok>

WTF are you on about?

Before today's game Van Gaal whinged about Falcao being match fit.

Before today's game Van Gaal had given him about 32 minutes in the last 2 games.

Now it's 32 minutes in the last 3 games.

Van Gaal prefers Wilson to him. It's not difficult. He's a #crock.

Can't help feeling some of you scousers are taking out your hatred of United against Southampton. You're taking this loss worse than the Saints fans. Writing them off and basically slating them when all they've done is lost to a potential top 4 rival.

First example of a team losing and another set of fans having the meltdown <laugh>

#melt, put down your Pot Noodle, we need some kind of a chart from you. The league table would be fine.
