To be honest i have seen nothing different from the rest of the season, looks like he has said to the team "just go out and play Spanish football"
To be fair he has only been there a few days and probably doesn`t know most of the players names yet, would love to see him do well, he is not a bad manager but was completely overwhelmed at OT and needed at least another year to get used to it.
Having said that, they are very organised in two banks of four when they lose possesion which is not really a Spanish trait.
