well for me too but you can also see the case for at least kagawa and evans playing again

Welbeck. Gets a lot of stick, but before Di Maria came in, he was the only attacker that had any sort of pace which would have helped stretch teams. United were too easy with Rooney & RVP being stationary and knowing they could hold a high line as they weren't going to run in behind.

Reckon Welbeck would do well at a team pushing for Europe, like Everton, Saints etc.

yep always thought he would do better than he has so far.

@Carra23 Hi Jamie mate. Tell me a joke.

Jamie Carragher ‏@Carra23 8m
@EwanMCFC Man United?

Were looking to sell hernandez, welbeck (possibly loan instead), kagawa and anderson. Evans will play more games though.

Name those 5 players.

Only 2 will play for united again.

yes you are right of course the players you defended for years.. the players i called muck.

5 "competent" first team SQUAD... i bet you crawl back saying first team = first 11 now...

de gea, evans (who you keep defending), kagawa (dortmund will snap your hand off.) i won't mention anderson but you had england international welbeck (who i call muck) and hernandez too.

I did. Hes not a bad player. Just hasnt worked out.

And mito. Anderson aside they are all decent players. De gea is quality obviously but last night was dreadful all round. No excuses for anyone.

Half the side were youth teamers though, not too many leaders in the first team players and that can be a recipe for disaster no matter what team it is.

Were not the first to suffer such a defeat and we wont be the last but it really means **** all.

Losing at home to your lot last season so easily was a much worse game.

Uir, let be be plain speaking. your club has high expectations and standards and i judge them on the basis of that..... if you want mid table players fine but decent aint good enough for a big successful club.

The game itself is irrelevant but the numerous personal and professional flaws revealed by Van Gaal's decisions and behaviour must be very #worrying

Were not the first to suffer such a defeat and we wont be the last but it really means f**k all.

Tell that to the fans that paid to go to the game, or the sponsors.

Also last night goes to show even against lower league opposition Van Snaarl's tactics are ****, he could have used last night's game in the absence of European football to galvanise his first team players and show he means business in the English game.
Instead he made a **** of himself, his club and showed the vast difference between managing Holland in the Brazilian sunshine to a cold wet night in Milton Keynes proves his "genius" is just paper talk.

TBF I always thought kagawa was a decent player who was mismanaged but now not so sure.

as for last nights game, it really did mean a lot, essentially you lot are now left with only one realistic chance of a trophy and for a team of your stature that is clearly not good enough so early in the season.

and i am sorry but if last night did not hurt then you have to wonder what sort of fan you are.
