RVP has 1 goal in 10 games...Maybe he's losing inspiration, maybe realising how hollow his league title victory with United will be, as he himself said when he signed a new contract with us back in 2009, that winning a title with another club wouldn't feel the same, wouldn't feel special.
Mancini or whoever made the signings that City made in the summer of 2012 should get the sack. Scott Sinclair Jack Rodwell Javi Garcia Maicon Richard Wright Matija Nastasic Apart from Nastasic, every one of those have been failures. With the resources available to them, it's sheer madness that they brought those players. Now, we are going to see RVP lifting the title, cause City ****ed up big time.
A lot of those signings look to be signings for the sake of signings as Wenger often says he doesn't want to do. Maicon? Lol, what the ****.
If RVP was showing this sort of form for Arsenal, some people would be saying it was Wenger's fault for keeping a player at the club who clearly wanted out . . .just sayin' Anyway, to today's games. Let's hope that Fulham and West Ham can pull off a couple of upsets. They are both away, so it will be tough. I can't really see West Ham getting anything at Stamford Bridge, but if the Chavs have a indifferent game and the crowd get on Rafa's back, then it could encourage West Ham. They did well against the Spuds and it was only because of their one man ass saver Bale that they came away with any points from Upton Park. Depends which Fulham turn up today too, on their day they can give anybody a game. Spuds have shipped 7 in their last two games and their confidence has been knocked, let's hope Fulham can take advantage. Even a draw in one of the games would be a big boost for us
@Piskie - completely agree, even a draw for one of Chelsea or spurs would make this a great weekend. Anything which closes the gap up is a good thing! @SJW10 - Mancini has basically come out and said the transfer dealings of the club last summer where not good enough and blamed the backroom staff hasn't he?
agree, other two games would've been much better but they're only there because of Europa. Sky fixtures have been really crap this season.
Sunderland are such a tedious and awful team under O'Neill. One of the worst teams to watch in the league. And to think some Gooners wanted him to replace Wenger after he left Villa.
Yep, that's my three to go down, as well. QPR were looking good, but yesterday's defeat was a hammer blow for them.
Im hoping it'll be Wigan, they manage to squirm out of the drop always at the last moment, can't stand em.
