Watching the Liverpool-Dortmund game. Despite Dortmund having the joy of dominating the first-half, they've been on the backfoot in the second. Hummels has had a terrible start to the second-half, especially. Was at fault for Origi's goal and gave away a terrible foul against Coutinho when the ball wasn't even going anywhere dangerous. Awful decision-making.
Just as I say that, Hummels provides a brilliant slide-rule pass for Reus to latch on to and he finishes exquisitely. Typical! Safe to say that Klopp will be livid with his side's defending this game. Clyne completely switched off and allowed Reus to get in behind. Liverpool 1-3 Dortmund. 2-4 on aggregate. Think the game is beyond Liverpool now, despite their encouraging start to the second half.
We were recently linked with Mkhitaryan, and he has been impressive in this game, reminds of Rosicky and Hleb, an attacker who can increase the tempo as soon as he is on the ball, with either his quality passing or ability to just beat a man just like Rosicky does, but this guy also has the end product to go with all that, would love to have him in our team.
